We ship worldwide with Sendle and Australian Post. If you are ordering to Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK you can just place your order through our checkout. If you want us to ship Sockies to other country, contact us for options and shipping costs.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
When we are gonna ship your Sockies
If we have your selected Sockies in stock, we will try to ship them the same or next business day. Unfortunately courier companies and post office don’t work during public holidays and weekends.
In case we don’t have your Sockies in stock it may take little bit longer because we have to produce them for you. Feel free to ask us.
How much the shipping costs – postage
The shipping are calculated based on your selected courier service, product dimensions, weight and destination. Therefore we can’t provide you any price here. When you put your products in cart and fill in your address at checkout you will see the shipping cost. Don’t worry, you will know the shipping costs before you put in your payment details, so you will have still time to decide if you want to proceed with your order.
We offer free standard shipping to all order over $100 being shipped to Australia.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@sockies.co so we can investigate.
If you parcel arrives damaged, please contact immediately after receiving that.
In case you suspect your parcel getting lost, please, check your tracking details and wait 2-3 business days after estimated delivery time. If there is any confusion, feel free to contact us.
